Villa Baan Samlarn is a dream destination for weddings. It comfortably accommodates up to a maximum of 40 people. Thanks to its facilities, multi-purpose indoor spaces and spectacular views, there isn’t a better setting for your vows, cocktails and dinners. Guests are welcome to book the adjoining villas of the Dhevatara Cove Complex for a larger use of space. With its beachfront access, sprawling lawns and alfresco dining, Villa Baan Samlarn ensures that comfort and practicality go hand-in-hand with aesthetics.

with a combination of seating and standing
Minimum stay of 3 nights for Low and Shoulder Season
Minimum stay of 5 nights for High Season
Minimum stay of 7 nights for Peak Season
Event fees of USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Pre and Post-Event day events can be arranged
with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax
The Fine Print
Until 12 midnight only.
Music and Event Curfew
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
